Do I Really Need ER?

Just like going to the gym one day doesn’t make a difference to your fitness; using oils sporadically won’t give you the biggest benefit either.  Consistent effort over 90 days is really going to give you an indication of what’s possible and that’s why we recommend trying ER for 3 months to see what lifestyle changes you can accomplish.

I was really reluctant to do ER in the beginning. I couldn’t imagine adding another $50+ to my budget each month, but the reality is that I didn’t add it.I was swapping out inferior products that I was buying at Target and the grocery store for all natural, toxin-free, super concentrated products.I started with the Laundry detergent and the hand soap, then the conditioner, etc.; it wasn’t extra spending so much as smarter spending.
