For us at the Good Drop, Fall is all about spicy warm scents. Spice essential oils have this woody or resinous aroma which can be quite strong! For blending them in the diffuser, we typically use a little less thanΒ other EOs which have familiar flowery or fruity scents.Β Even so, they are perfect for the Fall π As the weather becomes colder, it’s only right to combine and diffuse some warming EOs like Ginger, Cinnamon, and Clove.
For today’s TipsterTuesday, we’ll share with you some recipes that you can try for this season! I personally start with a single EO that I like then complement it by adding some spice oils in a very small proportion.
π₯ Spiced Cider
π Fall Spice
- 3 drops Orange
- 2 drops Clove
- 2 drops Ginger
- 2 drops Cedarwood
- 2 drops Frankincense
π Pumpkin Pie
πΒ Autumn Air
- 4 drops Bergamot
- 3 drops Lemon
- 3 drops Elemi
- 2 drops Wintergreen
You can add these directly to the diffuser, and when you find a combination you love you can pre-mix them in bulk by adding the proper amount of EOs to a dark-colored glass bottle (or to those tiny bottles you got from your starter kit!). Then just simply add a few drops to your diffuser and viola! You just created a warm and relaxing vibe in your home. π
Let me know if you tried and enjoyed one of these recipes. And if you want some more, we’ll send you a new diffuser recipe to try every Sunday! You can choose to receive them via text or email (or both if you are really keen!). π
