With winter in full swing, it can be easy for your mood to be affected by the darker days and colder weather. Fortunately, there are so many things we can do or try that can help to keep our spirits high and keep the weather from bringing us down. Changing seasons usher in more than just cold weather and dorky sweaters; you might find yourself combating funky moods, restlessness, low energy, and immune deficiencies. Here are a few of our favorite essentials oils plus tips to soothe the winter blues.

  • Roman Chamomile: soothes restlessness and frazzled nerves. Side benefits include: bolstering stress management.
  • Lavender: helps eliminate nervous tension and can soothe the respiratory system.
