Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup cashew butter
  • 1/3 cup pea protein powder or YL protein powder (we recommend vanilla or chocolate!)
  • 1/4 cup oat milk
  • 3-4 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Line a bread pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix almond flour and pea protein together. In a separate bowl, mix cashew butter, honey, milk, coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Add the dry ingredients to wet and mix until well combined.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips. Spread evenly across bread pan.
  4. Refrigerate for more than two (2) hours or until firm.
  5. Cut into 8 bars and enjoy!

I personally like the bars to be kept in the freezer, but you can also keep them in the fridge. 😉
