These recipes use Vitality essential oils as ingredients. Aside from being great substitutes to hard-to-find ingredients, Vitality oils have nutritional value and immune-boosting support. 🥃 Get the party started with these Drinks! 🥃

Apple Cider Moscow Mule

  • Yield: 2 servings
  • Ingredients:
    • 4 fl oz Apple cider
    • 24 fl oz. Ginger beer
    • 4 fl oz. Vodka
    • Toothpick of Cinnamon Bark essential oil
    • 1 drop of Lime essential oil
    • Apple slice
    • Cinnamon stick (as a stirrer)
  • Directions:
    • This one is very simple! Just mix everything and add the Cinnamon stick as stirrer before serving!

Spiced Apple Cider

  • Ingredients:
  • Directions:
    • Combine apple cider, orange slices, and essential oils in a large pot and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes or more.
    • Discard orange slices.
    • Serve warm and add 1-2 cinnamon sticks to individual cups for additional flavor.

🍅 Spice it up with enticing Appetizers! 🍅

Baked Tomatoes with Feta

  •  Ingredients:
    • 1 pint cherry tomatoes
    • 1 garlic clove (sliced in half)
    • ½ teaspoon dried oregano (finely minced)
    • ½ teaspoon dried basil
    • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
    • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
    • 1 8–10 oz. block feta
    • 2 drops Oregano Vitality essential oil
    • 2 drops Basil Vitality essential oil
    • Fresh oregano and basil to garnish
    • Toasted pita or other crusty bread
  • Directions:
    • Preheat oven to 350⁰ F.
    • In a large bowl, mix the tomatoes, garlic, oregano, basil, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
    • Place the block of feta in the middle of a medium, shallow baking dish. Place the tomato mixture on top and around the feta. Bake for 15 minutes or until the feta has softened and the tomatoes are fragrant.
    • Take the baking dish out of the oven and remove 1 tablespoon warm oil from the dish. Add Oregano Vitality and Basil Vitality to the warm olive oil and gently stir to combine. Pour the oil mixture over the warm tomatoes and feta.
    • Garnish with fresh oregano and basil leaves and serve warm with toasted bread.

Warm Rosemary-Lemon Cashews

  • Preparation time: 7 minutes. Cook time: 8 minutes
  • Yield: 4-6 servings
  • Ingredients:
    • 16 ounces raw cashews
    • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
    • 3 sprigs fresh rosemary, leaves removed
    • the peel 1 lemon, pith removed
    • 4 drops Rosemary Vitality essential oil
    • 2 drops Lemon Vitality essential oil
    • 3/4 teaspoon coarse sea salt
  • Directions:
    • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
    • Place the nuts on a baking sheet and roast for about 8–10 minutes, until warm and lightly golden.
    • In the meantime, warm the olive oil, fresh rosemary, and lemon zest in a small skillet over medium heat until it begins to sizzle and smells fragrant. Add the roasted cashews and stir to coat completely.
    • Remove from heat and stir in the Rosemary Vitality essential oil, Lemon Vitality essential oil, and salt.
    • Serve warm.

🧈 Thanksgiving’s not complete without Butter and Rolls! 🧈

Whipped Pumpkin & Spice Butter

  • Ingredients:
    • 2 sticks (8 ounces) butter at room temperature
    • 2 drops of Cinnamon Bark essential oil
    • 2 swirls with a toothpick of Nutmeg essential oil
    • 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons pure pumpkin puree
    • 1/4 cup honey
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Directions:
    • In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the butter until light and fluffy.
    • Add the Cinnamon, Nutmeg Essential oils and 1 tablespoon of the pumpkin puree. Beat until very well combined.
    • Continue beating, gradually adding the remaining pumpkin puree, until completely incorporated.
    • Add the honey and vanilla and beat until thick and fluffy, about 2 minutes
    • Serve or store in the fridge in an airtight container. Bring to room temperature before using.
  • Recipe Notes:
    • For the Nutmeg Essential oil, dip the tip of a toothpick in the top hole, turn bottle upside down to coat it and swirl in mixture, do this twice using clean toothpicks.
    • Also, If you use fresh pumpkin puree, make sure it’s not too watery. If it has a lot of extra moisture, wrap in cheesecloth and squeeze out the excess water.

Lemon Herb Compound Butter

  • Ingredients:
    • 1 stick of butter at room temperature
    • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
    • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
    • 3 drops of Lemon essential oil
    • Salt and freshly ground black pepper (or a toothpick of Black Pepper essential oil)
  • Directions:
    • Combine the first 4 ingredients in a bowl.
    • Add salt and ground black pepper or Essential oil to taste.
    • Scoop it all onto the plastic wrap or divide the mixture in half (about 4 Tablespoons each). Roll the plastic wrap around it to form a cylinder then twist the ends closed. Then wrap it in parchment paper, twist the two ends and tie the ends with twine. Refrigerate until the butter is firm (about 2 hours) or put in the freezer to be used at a later date.
  • Recipe Notes:
    • Butter mixed with other ingredients (herb & spices, vanilla, honey, nuts, garlic, olives, etc.) is known as compound butter. It adds flavor to seafood, meat, bread and vegetables.

🍗 Here comes the Main Dish! 🍗

Turkey Injection Sauce

  • Yield: Enough for 12-14 lbs turkey
  • Ingredients:
  • Directions:
    • Melt butter in a small saucepan.
    • Add remaining ingredients except for the salt. Mix well.
    • Add salt until mixture has a slight but not overpowering salt flavor.
    • Remove mixture from heat and allow to cool for about 5-6 minutes before loading into a meat injector.
    • Inject the broth into the turkey using a hypodermic needle or baster-injector. Be sure to concentrate on the breast part so the flavors are absorbed well!
    • Let the turkey sit first for about 2-3 hours before roasting or frying.

Orange Glazed Honey Ham

  • Yield: 12 servings
  • Ingredients:
  • Directions:
    • Combine honey, maple syrup, and orange juice into a double boiler. Stir until combined and bring to a boil.
    • Remove from heat and add all essential oils.
    • Line roasting pan with foil and place ham in the center.
    • Pour glaze over the top of the ham.
    • Cook ham as directed on the package.
    • For the last hour of cooking, baste with glaze on the bottom of the pan. Repeat until ham is thoroughly cooked.
    • For last 15 minutes of cooking, broil until golden brown.

Homemade Cranberry Sauce

  • Yield: 4 servings
  • Ingredients:
  • Directions:
    • Wash bag of cranberries under cool water, then dump into a medium saucepan.
    • Pour in 1 cup of cranberry juice.
    • Pour in 1 cup maple syrup.
    • Stir together and turn heat on high until it reaches a boil.
    • Once it comes to a rolling boil, turn the heat down to medium low and continue cooking over lower heat for about 10 minutes or until the juice is thick enough. Turn off the heat.
    • Stir in essential oils. Serve chilled.

Dill Veggie Dip

  • Ingredients:
    • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
    • 6 drops Dill Vitality essential oil
    • 2 drops Lemon Vitality essential oil or 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
    • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
    • 1 teaspoon onion powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
  • Directions:
    • Combine all ingredients in a blender, bowl, or zip-top bag.
    • Mix thoroughly.
    • Refrigerate for 3 hours.
