Get your kitchen ready as we will be sharing with you the recipe for the cutest St. Patrick’s Day cupcakes ever! We’ve already tasted these and they are delicious! 😋

Here’s what you need:
  • 1 pkg. (2-layer size) white cake mix
  • 2 oz. BAKER’S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted
  • 1 tbsp. green food coloring
  • 4 oz. (or 1/2 of 8 oz. package) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 jar (7 oz.) JET-PUFFED Marshmallow Creme
  • 1 drop of Peppermint vitality essential oil
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed
  • 2 tbsp. green sprinkles
Instructions:
  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 °F.
  2. Prepare the cake batter as directed on the package. This should make about 24 cupcakes.
  3. Blend melted chocolate and food coloring into the batter before spooning into prepared muffin cups. Bake and cool completely.
  4. Beat cream cheese, marshmallow creme, Peppermint essential oil, and vanilla in a large bowl with a mixer. Make sure the ingredients are properly blended.
  5. Then add COOL WHIP to the mix and blend completely.
  6. Transfer the mixture into a resealable plastic bag. Cut off one bottom corner of the bag and use this to pipe the mixture onto the top of the cupcakes.
  7. Add sprinkles if desired.
