the GoodDrop, the Good Drop, essential oils, Young Living, summer travel tips, travel hacksHere’s the thing – when we are traveling we are already schlepping so much stuff in our luggage, what we really want is products that will do double duty so we can save space for souvenirs! Well, the Good Drop has you covered. Here are 4 Young Living products that do more than what meets the eye.

1. Mirah Lustrous Hair Oil

Yep, as a triple threat. Sun, Salt, and Chlorine can do a number on your hair.  This divine smelling blend not only will protect and help keep hair healthy and frizz free – it doubles as an oil cleanser/make-up remover at the end of the day for your face AND leaves you with glowing legs and shoulders when used as a moisturizer. Head, Shoulders, Knees, and Toes – literally. This is one product you don’t want to leave at home!

2. Thieves Hand Sanitizer

Kills 99.99% of germs on contact making it a great travel companion, but did you know it also soothes bug bites? Thieves hand sanitizer has a distinct advantage over many others on the market with its aloe, which helps prevent your skin from drying out. Equally, the aloe and peppermint are cooling and quickly take the sting out of any bite! Winner winner Chicken dinner!

3. Immupro Chewable Tablets

Designed with zinc and selenium to boost your immune system and chock-full of antioxidants which we all need when we are traveling (and frankly anywhere there are lots of people – planes, trains, amusement parks, pools).  Summer seems to equal crowds! This product also includes melatonin making it great to support your body’s natural sleep patterns – that means sleeping on places, and acclimating to a new time zone! Yes – please.  Give me all of that!

4. Shutran 3 in 1 Men’s Wash

This one is probably cheating a little because it was already designed to do 3 things, but let me tell you ladies, you might not want to pass this one up.  1) it smells so enticing, like I want to wrap myself in it, 2) it’s super gentle cleanser so you really can use it on hair, face and body, and 3) while you could probably use any of the YL Shampoos as a body wash too, this one is 3oz so just squeaks in under the TSA limit making it travel friendly without needing to decant it.

And last but not least… this one is a weird one… don’t freak out on me…

5. Thieves Aromabrite Toothpaste

It was the official winner of our Toothpaste Challenge beating out Thieves Dentarome Ultra by just one vote. So we know it’s good for your pearly whites, but many people also swear by it as a natural deodorant!!! Not kidding on this one. A tiny smear in their pit. As wacky as it sounds, makes sense Rosemary, Eucalyptus, baking soda – they all have deodorizing properties. Comes in 4oz tube and 1oz TSA approved travel size! woot woot.

Did you already know any of these? Tried any of them? Liked them, hated them? We wanna hear what you thought! Are there any you think should have been included on this list that we missed?
