This morning I woke up and made this little Thieves throat spray for my purse.
Fill half the bottle with filtered water and half with Thieves mouthwash! Add a couple of grains of Himalayan salt. Screw on your spray top! Great use for an empty 15 ml of Thieves. Make a few for friends, too!
Many singers use this for their throat for performances or vocal strain. I like it for basic wellness and mouth/dental care. Also great for spraying inside your mask! 😷👌
