Missing working out at the gym but I’m loving all the walking we are getting this summer! Thanking the universe that I diffused Rosemary and Peppermint while packing (to boost memory!) so I remembered to pack my AminoWise. 🤣 I’ve noticed on the days I drink it that it really does help with hydration, muscle fatigue, and recovery 💪 – no more jelly legs.
AminoWise is described as “wolfberry lemonade flavor” 🍋 and I know a bunch of people who said they loved the taste. I started taking it in 4 oz of water rather than 8 oz and somehow that works better. That or taking it in 20 oz water so its super dilute (and helps keep me hydrated!).
