Christmas Eve Sleep, Young Living, Essential Oils, Diffuser, Roller, Baby Sleep
Looks like this mom is praying for her baby to go to sleep? Or maybe I am misreading that.

Is anyone wishing for a good night’s sleep? 💤 I bet it’s on a few of your lists! Late nights, early mornings, weird mealtimes; whether it’s the kids or yourself, Christmas can make it easy for our sleep schedules to get off track during the holidays.

This sleepy combo is courtesy of Jan Philips, who hosts a holiday event for the kids each year so their parents can take an afternoon off (or more likely get a bunch of tasks crossed off their list without whiney kids! LOL) According to Jan, “the 1-year-old was sleepy and snuggling just 10 mins after trying this roller!”

This recipe is for a roller, but I bet it would be delightful in a night-time diffuser blend too.

“Santa’s Coming!” Blend

🎄4 drops Lavender
🎄3 drops Sleepyize
🎄2 drops Christmas Spirit

If using as a roller top with fractionated coconut oil. If using in the diffuser top with water.

Jan also made some Magic Reindeer Food (oats and glitter) to sprinkle in the yard.  So many fun and creative ideas shared in our Facebook group (check it out if you haven’t already!)  Also, I think our email subscribers missed last week’s Tipster Tuesday so be sure it check that out for some awesome recipes. AND remember that our Member Appreciation event is going on until the end of the month. Get your 50PV order in by Dec 31st to be entered to win!

So if you have excited kids this Christmas Eve who are eagerly anticipating Santa’s arrival, or if you need a good night’s sleep yourself, give this combo a try and have some sweet dreams on us.  zzz zzz zzz    Sleep tight.  Good night.

🎄What are you wishing for tomorrow?
