My favorite yoga class is 6 am on Monday mornings. Every week as we get settled on our mats and get ready to start the teacher tells us “Don’t worry – the hardest part is over; you made it to your mat.” It’s a super tough class so I am not entirely sure that’s true, but I get her point!
